In general, what's the 40%+ that's not there?&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;I've participated deeply (as IBM rep) in two major standards groups. My take is that they're 100% business-political. You don't get a meaningful standard unless you have the major players participating, and nobody participates unless they see a way to make a profit from it.
