So today I had a MAJOR bug in my web site. I could not see it. Luckily, I have Google support (yes I actually pay for it). After a quick review of the Google apps manage web site, I found my PIN code, and the 800 telephone. I called.
After 2 min, I got the voice of Carmen (probably from Ireland). She was very nice... and after few asking for few details.. asked for my problem.
I explained that my site has stopped working... when I tested it with her.. it came back alive (must have been a small DNS issue).
So what is my point: First, cloud services does not mean free, it does make sense to pay for service... and Google service in this case works. :-) good day for computer-land.
