New Second Life Feature: Over Draft in Linden Dollar

OK... I'm not sure it this is a bug or a feature. but you can clerally see "-3" at the top.
This just occurred today. Have you seen this? Can you explain?

  2. This happens because you're an active user of a group that bills it users. Per example, a parcel that has been deeded to a group and activated the search fee include ($30 linden weekly) Those fees are automatically "taken" from your balance without any pre-approval.
