Shidonni World: Making the Virtual Real with Plush

Israeli Firm Shidonni start to move between the virtual and the real.
According to Virtual Worlds News:

In what looks like a winning execution of marrying the online and offline worlds of play, Israel-based Shidonni, Ltd., the company behind kids virtual world Shidonni, today announced its Shidonni One-of-a-Kind line of custom plush dolls. In doing so, the company has taken its virtual world's original play experience -- which animates a user's 2D drawing, morphing it via the Shidonni software into an animated on-screen creature -- one giant step further. The new line offers users the option to have their online creatures manufactured into a look-alike plush doll.
The Shidonni One-of-a-Kinds ($79.99) are approximately 12 inches tall and can be made and delivered in approximately 7 to 14 business days. Manufacturing takes place in Israel. "The virtual world stays away from templates and ready-made items, motivating children to imagine and create their own 'branded' experience," says the company.
